Rivka and Ita aren’t fussy ladies, but when it comes to coffee… they are relentless! Why? Because they know quality is everything.
For this reason, they have picked the Genesis coffee carefully, sampling various top brands before making their choice.
Many coffee lovers from Roleystone, Perth, Cottesloe and Fremantle return to Genesis week after week for the uncompromising quality of their favourite cup.
Tea
In addition to the standard range of teas on offer (English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Sencha Green Tea, Camomile, Spiced Chai), we also serve the artisan-crafted whole leaf tea pouches of Mighty Leaf.
And if herbal tea is what you like, we’ll have herbs picked fresh from our organic garden
Cakes
The range of our boutique cakes varies according to the freshest ingredients in season, but you can always count on them being freshly baked by Rivka at the premises.
There is no cream used in the baking of our cakes, and our cheesecakes are made with ricotta cheese – big on taste, low on fat!
