So what kind of food will you find at Genesis?

  • Vegetable Ratatui – layers of eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes slowly baked with tomato sauce and a blend of herbs, served with baked potatoes, Genesis salad, and burghul
  • Chef’s Special Stuffed Tomatoes – oven-baked tomatoes filled with rice, raisins and a special blend of herbs, served with Genesis salad and Moroccan-style carrot
  • Spelt (link to Fettuccine Salad – flat strips of pasta made from the delicious and nutritious Spelt grain, topped with homemade pesto, feta cheese and grilled vegetables of the day
  • Quinoa Salad – a fresh salad of the protein-packed, South-American ‘mother of all grains’ (organic), mixed with tofu and a unique blend of both fresh and dried fruit
  • House Platter – start your meal with a plate of toasted sourdough bread, homemade hummus, Kalamata olives with garlic and parsley, homemade cheese balls with olives and dill, and grilled eggplant dip

At Genesis, vegetarian never means boring! We are passionate about good food, and we believe real food should feel good WHILE you eat it, and also AFTER you eat it. It’s all about balance.

Like every plate on our menu, the selected dishes listed below are all made from fresh, local ingredients, created with love and patience by Rivka’s inimitable culinary imagination. Each dish provides a balanced, nutritional meal that your body – and taste buds – will thank you for.

Our menu changes on a daily basis – depending on what ingredients are fresh and in season – but there’s always a selection of hearty hot dishes, fresh salads, and the comforting delight of soup.

The menu also includes a variety of vegan/dairy-free/wheat-free meals, so please be sure to advise us about any special dietary requirements when visiting.
